open regedit (click start/run/regedit)

go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip

and note the TAG value

now go to KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/iamdrv

and set the TAG value to 1 higher than the tcpip tag (note it's hex so if one is set to 9 the next is A)

reboot.
