One of my favorite places is the museums subway. There's actually a subway map where you can click on the map to go to that spot.
The
AstroWeb Consortium provides access to some major
astronomical institutions. The World-Wide Web Virtual Library has
lists of
Astronomy and Astrophysics resources and Education
resources.
Other institutions and groups with interesting home pages are NASA/JPL, the Exploratorium, a group
of Arizona students.
NRAO has some movies,
Lawrence
Livermore Nat'l Lab has news, and ESO has education
and public relations information.
The MITSA - Weather Page provides connections to other people's weather data. Philip Greenspun has a personal page that includes travel photos from New Zealand. On the off-chance that you've heard me on a visit to WBEZ's Metropolis (or even if you didn't), check out Aaron Freeman's homepage. He doesn't have a link to the "face" on Mars homepage, but I do. Learn about meteor showers from the Comets and Meteors page, or try Mount Wilson's constellation quiz.
