As many of you are about to find out Whistler no longer supports non-pnp ISA cards.
Well as of Beta 2 there is still a way to get your NE2000 Network Card working (even the ones with no PNP option).
Take your Windows 2000 CD and expand the file netnovel.in_ to the \windows\drivers\netnovel.inf on your whistler system. Then when installing the network card, choose "have disk" and go pick the netnovel.inf file and configure the IRQ and memory use for the card.
Works as of today, don't know about tomorrow..
