Want the normal login screen instead of this stupid click on the user crap? Go to control panel/users and pick the "change a way the user logs in" choice, from there it should be obvious how to do it.

In your "Local Security Policy" go to "Local Policies"
then "Security
Options" then find "Interactive logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL"
and set
it to "Disabled".
