Look at it this way, suppose you are an ISP, you get a customer complaining
that they can't receive email from their friend (who has the illegal NTmail
server) from your service but they can send/receive mail from AOL. So who is
Gordano hurting here, the thief or the honest customer?

I'm an ISP, I don't need any more support calls like that. If you can't do
something that affects all ISP's equally then don't do anything, certainly
don't cause problems for your honest customers.
