Please note that the Cylinder Limitation Jumper, J46 should NOT be set on your hard drive and the hard drive should not be installed using our installation software, MaxBlast if you are using Win NT or Win 2000 as the operating system. Please check that J46, the jumper connecting the middle pair of pins is not set on your hard drive.

To check whether your hard drive is a 15 head drive
please look at the information on the big hard drive label under
Cylinders/Heads/Sectors. If the number of heads is 15 you can
contact us for a utility to change this to 16.
